Managing Director – Global Operations

Neal is our Managing Director, having joined the Group in 2015. Neal has spent his entire career in Supply Chain, holding senior operating roles including SVP Supply Chain for a global consumer products company as well as CEO of a Western European Distributor. Prior to this, Neal also spent over ten years in Strategy Consulting. Neal is a graduate of the University of Central England with Post Graduate studies at Harvard University.

Commercial Director (Managed Services)

Padraig joined the company in 2000 and is based in Ireland, traveling internationally. He formerly held roles in big five consultancy and the aviation sector. Padraig leads our Strategic Accounts development functions, implementing innovative value adding supply chain services. Padraig has more than 20 years of experience in international trade, supply chain design and product distribution.

Supply Chain Director (Managed Services)

Eddie joined the company in 1991 and has more than 25 years of extensive experience in supply chain and customer management experience through various positions, including; Quality assurance management, International engineering & project management, operational management and supply chain management roles. Eddie holds a certificate and diploma in mechanical engineering and a degree in production engineering and currently leads the supply chain function for managed services.

IT Director

Brian joined the company in 2016 and is responsible for our IT ecosystem. Brian has over 20 years’ experience in information technology, across multiple industries including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Banking. Brian is a graduate of Dublin City University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies as well as an MSc. in Information Technology.

Supply Chain Director (International Fulfilment)

Mat is the Director of Supply Chain and Client Solutions, having joined the group in 2017. With over 20 years of extensive global supply chain and customer management experience in multiple industry sectors, Mat brings a wealth of experience to the team. He is a MSc graduate of Cranfield University.

Group Purchasing Director

Mark has been in the DCC Technology Group for over 30 years and held several Director roles in Distribution including Purchasing, Marketing and Commercial.

Today Mark focuses on Inventory, Procurement & Vendor Management. His goal to  deliver greater efficiencies by implementing best practices across the group, ensuring a positive impact on the company’s overall position on Working Capital.

Commercial Director

Liam is our Commercial Director, based in the UK.

Global Head of Gaming

Ross Holt joined the business in 2011, and has held a several roles in our UK distribution business. Ross led our UK PC Gaming for 3 years before becoming Global Head of Gaming for the group in 2019, and is responsible for the strategic vision of all our gaming services and distribution business. Ross has over 18 years experience in consumer electronic distribution and services.

Warren is our head of AV.

General Manager – China

Roger is our General Manager of China operations.

Global Head of Voice of the Customer

Phill joined the group in 2019 and is responsible for the design and implementation of our Customer & Operational Experience Program globally.  Before joining the group Phill held various Managing Director & Senior Executive roles for a mixture of International PLCs or PE backed businesses mainly within non-food retail, wholesale and distribution.  When not working, you will usually find Phill playing video games with his son Owen – either being beaten on Fortnite or building some crazy Redstone contraption on Minecraft.

Head of Enterprise Vendor Management

Angelo is responsible for building the portfolio of enterprise vendors globally and in all countries & business lines, having joined the company in 2019. He has been in the industry since the creation of the very first PC and has spent 21 years of that time in IBM & Lenovo in sales, management and executive roles and operating out of the UK, Paris, Zurich and Johannesburg. He has extensive experience in the datacentre product business, and the channel.

HR Manager

Maria is our Head of HR, having joined in 2017. Maria has 19 years’ experience working in HR and Consultancy across a number of industries including IT, Insurance, Wholesale and Energy. Maria is a graduate of the University of Limerick.
