Depending on the issue that you have experienced with your new product Exertis will help you access the correct level of support from the Developer of the product.

  • Technical support – set-up support or technical trouble shooting guide
  • Developer warranty – for defective products could include repair or replacement
  • If the defective item is no longer available or has been discounted, the customer will be offered a comparable item or value as shown on the original proof of purchase receipt or invoice.

Exertis has the right to disclaim any limited warranty on discontinued products.
